WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES MCC ACCEPT?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Most of our Products are available for International Delivery. If you place a Product in your basket which is not eligible for international delivery, you will be notified of this and prompted to remove the Product from your basket. You must do this in order to be able to proceed to the checkout.
In addition to this, in order to qualify for International Delivery your order must be under 2kg.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to the United Kingdom (including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and a British Forces Post Office) and internationally to 230 countries and regions around the world, including Asia, Australasia, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
If your order has already been dispatched you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed via email, we cannot change your delivery address. Please cancel the order in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and re-order to the correct delivery address. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the Members' Shop.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We reserve the right to vary the delivery charges at any time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Delivery times will depend on the Product you have ordered. We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days for deliveries to the United Kingdom and between 7 to 10 working days for international deliveries depending on the country of destination. These time frames are indicative and therefore not regarded as a strict deadline.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE LOST MY DISPATCH NOTE?
If you have lost your dispatch note, please include a cover note with your order number and your reason for return. Failure to do this may result in delays to your refund. If you require assistance, please contact the Member’s Shop.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We will process any exchange or refunds due to you as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days from the day we confirm via email your entitlement to an exchange or refund.
Any refunds will be made using your original payment method.

WILL I GET REFUNDED MY DELIVERY CHARGES IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We will refund your delivery charges if you return a Product due to our error.
IF I RETURN A PRODUCT DELIVERED INTERNATIONALLY, WILL I GET REFUNDED ANY DUTY, CLEARANCE, TAX OR CARRIER CHARGES?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges.
Some countries operate schemes where you are able to reclaim local tax and duties if you return Products and you will need to make a specific application to your local government or authority.
