How do I obtain a refund or exchange my order?
You may return an unwanted Product, within 28 days to receive a full refund or replacement on the condition that the Product is unused and in a saleable condition within its original and undamaged packaging.
What products am I unable to return or exchange?
(g) With the exception of Defective Products, your statutory right to cancel does not apply to the following:
(i) face coverings, underwear, swimwear and nightwear;
(ii) any personalised items or bespoke orders; and/or
(iii) perishable goods.
How do I return my order?

(i) the order reference number;
(ii) your full name, email address and delivery address;
(iii) contact telephone number;
(iv) the date; and
(v) the reason for returning the unwanted Product or Defective Product and whether you are seeking a replacement or a reimbursement.
Please ensure you include your original dispatch note with your return.

LS cannot be held responsible for any returned packages containing the unwanted Product or Defective Product lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the unwanted Product or Defective Product, LS recommends sending the packages by recorded or special delivery and retaining proof of postage.
How long will it take to process my return / exchange?
Provided that the unwanted Product or Defective Product is returned in its original condition, LS shall replace or reimburse you in British Pound Sterling within 14 days after the day LS received back from you, the unwanted Product or Defective Product. Any reimbursement will be made to the original credit or debit card used when you placed your order. Please be aware that you will not be entitled to a refund if Products are returned to LS in an unacceptable or used condition, as determined by LS in its reasonable opinion.
